I had a fabulous stay at Esplendid! the location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and a stunning beach nearby. the food was delicious, especially the fresh fruits and fish. Anastasia, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful despite the challenging circumstances. And let me not forget to mention Isabel, the amazing cleaner who ensured the towels were changed and the room was spotless every day. She deserves a 5-star rating! the reception staff were friendly, and Judith from the bar was absolutely sweet.
All was perfect! 🌟

We paid 800 Euro for 4 Persons(2Adults+2 children"13 and 14 years old") for 4 nights. It was in September,2011.In this time it was not loud, it was quiet, no disco. The food was OK...it was a large selection of fruit.Swimming pool is very gut.I Think ,we can come one more time in this hotel.
1)The thin walls,2)there was no wine in the bar, only water 3)the room was small for 4 persons, but we were not the whole day in hotel.

Helpful front desk staff. Great location and a lot of eateries around.
Extremely thin walls that you can hear other people's conversation, snoring and TV noises next door and in the corridor. Didn't sleep well for the two nights.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, so you can easily walk to the seaside and enjoy the beautiful views. Additionally, it is close to the castle which overlooks the resort, giving you a unique and picturesque experience. The rooms are well-equipped with three single beds, making it suitable for a small group or family. Moreover, the breakfast provided is satisfying, offering a great start to your day.
Everything was absolutely fine.

Almost nothing.
Very ancient hotel, bad service in rooms, extremelly slim walls so you can listen all movements of your neighbours. Food extremelly terrible, except of big choice of different fruits.

I didn´t like that the hotel was full of teenagers and there was no space at the swimming pool because everything was occupied! I stayed for one night which was fine but I wouldn´t like to be there longer then that!

The Hotel Esplendid was a charming place to stay, especially for senior people like myself. The decoration had a touch of elegance with its classic furniture and beautiful artwork. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere to relax and socialize. I particularly enjoyed the cozy seating areas in the lobby, perfect for a cup of tea and a friendly chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for seniors was commendable, with conveniently located elevators and spacious hallways that allowed easy navigation, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation is for the children working there to provide a bit more assistance to seniors. A little extra help with carrying luggage or offering a helping hand while walking would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms at Hotel Esplendid are simply fantastic! They are comfortable and functional, with everything you need for a great stay. The private balcony is a nice touch, and it's so refreshing to have air conditioning during the hot summer months. I felt right at home in my cozy room.
Personally, I didn't care for the view from my room. It was facing the pool, and I would have preferred a view of the mountains instead.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a hotel in Blanes. After reading some negative reviews, we didn't have high expectations, but our experience was actually quite good. The location, close to the beach, was a major plus. Despite the thin walls, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. The food at the buffet may not have been top-notch, but we always found something to eat. we found that the value for the price we paid was reasonable. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly option in a convenient location.
